Because our products are digital assets delivered instantly via internet download, they cannot be physically returned or depleted. Therefore, we maintain a strict refund policy to protect the independent creators and developers who showcase their work on our platform.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the immediate, intangible nature of digital downloads (including mobile wallpapers, influencer assets, developer resources, and raw sketches), all sales are final and non-refundable once a purchase is completed.
By completing your purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to a refund unless a direct, unresolvable technical failure occurs on our end.
Exceptions: Broken Download Links
We want to ensure you receive exactly what you paid for. We will only issue a full refund under the following strict condition:
- The download link is broken or corrupted: If you are unable to download the files due to a server error, broken link, or technical glitch on our platform.
How to Request a Refund for a Technical Issue:
- Before a refund is processed, you must notify our support team within 14 days of your purchase.
- Please email us at contact@joyselect.shop with your Order ID and a brief description or screenshot of the error.
- Our technical team will attempt to fix the link or provide an alternative secure download method within 48 hours.
- If we are completely unable to provide you with a working download link or access to the purchased asset, a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Situations Where Refunds Are Denied
To prevent abuse of our digital ecosystem, we cannot grant refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:
- You changed your mind, no longer want, or no longer need the digital product.
- You purchased the product by mistake.
- You do not have the correct software, technical skills, or infrastructure to use the assets (e.g., lack of code editing knowledge, incorrect software for opening files).
- You find that the product does not meet your expectations or personal aesthetic preferences after downloading it.
